Hello. I am a resident from Argentina and I have a question. I am eligible for applying for the Karta Polaka, but I have a doubt: Am I legally allowed to work in the rest of the EU countries as well? Or this card is only good for Poland? Anyone has gt a Karta Polaka (Card of the Pole, Polish Card, etc)??? I dont know if this is the right place to make this question, but if you could help me it would be great! Thanks a lot.

A friend of mine here in Warsaw - Canadian - also had that card. As far as I remember it entitled him to work in Poland without a work permit - much better because otherwise every employer has to apply for a work permit for you, but does not entitle to work and live in other EU countries.

Hola Seba,
no, it doesn't allow to work outside Poland.

If you need any help let me know in PM, I moved in from Buenos Aires few months ago.

Salutes!
