send you the computer listed as a GIFT on the customs declaration. This will help you bypass the sales tax.
Whether it is a gift or not, the tax will be exactly the same.
I could have someone bring the computer over for me, but I want to import legally so that I may declare the expense on my company.
Don't bother: the form you need to fill in to get the VAT back is about 30 pages long. And importing from the EU is a pain in the arse too.
Really, just make a shortlist of the computers you want and then hit both ceneo.pl and allegro to see who is doing the best price and giving a faktura VAT: there's certain to be some guy in Bialystok or Radom or somewhere else in Poland B who is happy to go through the hassle of importing and adding a small amount on for his time (it's certain to be less than you'd want to do the same amount of work).
