How to report and find the consultants in Poland

OWELL

I was wondering how to find LEGAL and qualified consultants for day to day chores for non polish speakers in Poland, there are so many people there claiming to do that work which infact gives them experience on the clients behalf and where to report them if they are not authorised(if there is a law in EU for that) and all they do is fill out paperwork with there Polish spouse and go to the ujad(office).

I feel they are scamming on foreigners and there fellow countrymen and should be reported to proper authorities and bought to justice.Similar thing goes for english teachers who are not qualified!

yeah but how much time did you spend? everything takes ages with Polish Admin.

The best for you would be to hire a bilingal Polish l student who just majored in Law for instance and offer him /her a part time or full time job doing everything for you: All He/she will need to do is to put his/her nose in the big Bureaucratic books to make you follow all the rules, go to the different offices ,queue for you get and fill all the forms, make phone calls etc.

If you are a good employer and pay him/her a decent salary , it would be worthy for both of you and would considerably improve your life quality.

same as i would have spent with a billingual person ofcourse i had problems for filling forms etc but all went good with a gps and polish english translator on notebook, after every single work was done i was encouraged to do other one by myself and I did take some help of a friend. It wasnt end of the world but I felt proud what I could do with little knowledge of Polish:)

what one needs a lawyer for? to fill out the forms?and 200/300pln an hour you mentioning or total price?Anyway I feel 2/300pln richer:)and more experienced to be able to live in Poland without a BABYSITTER:)

And you think it doesnt with american authorities? They are the worst buerocrats in offices who are uneducated, illiterate overpaid and lazy BAR STUDS*.Sorry but Ive been dealing with then 30 years. In Poland they will go by the book but in States they will bend the book according to requirements.

OWELL, being in business is all about making money, if you have a Specialization (or specialisation) you focus on what you are good at to make money.

You need to focus on growing your business and making money, so you can build your business, not filing paperwork and being a cheapskate trying to save a couple of Zlots here and there. Number 1 rule , find the most effective people to do the jobs that stop you bringing money in.
