Temporary residence in Poland (registration, legal title for apartment)

Hi! I'm an SGH student and I have a question for the people that applied to temporary residence. All the documents make sense to me except the following:

-Confirmation of registration for temporary residence
-Legal title to the apartment

Anyone has some experience on how to prepare these documents? I'm renting a studio so the owner can help me. I just need to tell him what I need. I have a 1 year national visa, so I'm not in a hurry, but nevertheless it's better for me to have. a resident permit because I get more rights.

From what I read, for the confirmation of residence, I need to go with the landlord to the local town hall. Is that right? how much does this document cost? what about the legal title to the apartment?

The person who is renting the apartment to you needs to bring proof that he has a legal title to the property (e.g. the notarial deed from when he bought the flat) and you need to bring a copy of your rental agreement.

The problem that you may well find is that your landlord is unwilling to register you in his flat (that will be because he isn't paying any tax on the money which you are giving him).

Sorry but tiny question , also i am a student (in Warsaw) , from where i can apply for the Temporary residence ? also , what kind of thing do i have to bring ?

Depends which district you live in. If you're in Srodmiescie, it's the Urzad Dzielnicy office on the corner of Nowogrodzka and Poznanska. You'll need to bring your passport, your landlord, proof that he has title to the flat and a copy of your rental agreement with him.
