I pay exactly 300 PLN for OC with Vienna Group, but that's the basic, no-frills policy, and I have 60% no claims bonus.
That's a pretty decent sum. I've also got a 60% no claims bonus. I'd like to insure my no claims bonus but apparently Polish insurance companies don't do that.
Are there any insurers who give credit for having no points?
Don't insurers here jack up the cost of insurance for having points?
Sounds like a pretty unbeatable deal to me.
Last night I got my renewal proposal: OC + greencard + basic assistance = 218.49zl. AC (with replacement using original parts, with theft coverage, 500zl excess and 15% own contribution to repair cost) = 341.15zl. Plus upgrage to Midi assistance (which I almost certainly will use) for 47.79zl and tyres/wheels for 15.39zl. This is with the 60% discount for no claims. An additional 17% discount from AXA Direct and another 5% discount for continuing insurance with them. Not a bad deal really.
Now all I need to decide is whether I want the 150,000zl of injury coverage (for myself) they are offering me for 55.89zl. My initial thought is that I don't want it and don't drive enough to make it a good deal. My second thought is that it's only the price of a few pints and if I do have an accident and damage myself, I'll be gutted to have chosen a few pints over 150,000zl.
