pigsy 7 | 305 8 Feb 2015 #9POLAND POLICE WILL DO NOTHING...SEEMS THEY ARE SLEEPING ALL DAY LONG.THANKS THOUGHMan are you a business person?Why does police will get involved?Police is for criminal offenses and undesirables who are not fit to be in the civilised society.This is a civil business matter thus a civil case,and dont blame the police.You have to hire a lawyer who will have to win the case get a judgement and then hire a bailiff(komurnik) and run after there assets like car house etc.even judgement alone will not do good to some.I dont know Poland statue if limitation but do know in states the judgement is good for 20 years until renewed.The other party really have to be a total failure in life not to own anything in 20 years or over.
