Prosze, dziekuje, przepraszam - cultural significance?

Hi

This phrase, 'Please, thank you, sorry' seems to have some cultural significance beyond its literal meaning. There seem to be lots of songs using the phrase.

Anyone care to explain?

Which songs do you think of? I can't think of any :(
"Dziękuję, przepraszam, proszę" phrase is sometimes used in Polish when talking about being polite or too polite: Dlaczego on zawsze musi być taki "dziękuję, przepraszam, proszę"? which means: Why does he always have to be so overly polite?

I don't think there's any other meaning in those songs' titles than the literal: Thank you and I'm sorry.. :)
