Seller won't answer, item hasn't arrived.. Could somebody help me sort out problems for allegro.pl?

I don't speak Polish-sorry but I need your help.
I've ordered a trench coat on allegro and listed the shipping address to England,but the coat still hasn't arrived.
I've tried contacting the seller for 3 weeks,using both English and Polish(using google translate) but the seller hasn't replied to ANY of my e-mails. I see she has logged into allegro almost everyday,but she won't answer. How do I know about the coat's whereabouts,or if she has shipped the coat at all?

It would be great if you guys could help.Thank you.

It's probably too late for it, but in case the same happens to others, the first step you should make (when the approximately deadline of delivery passed) is to go to 'spory transakcyjne' and click 'nowy spor'. Then you provide auction number, and write the reason of the 'spor' (debate). Next you got contact form and try one more time to contact the seller. If no response allegro tries to contact him. Whole procedure can take some time (month?) and the results may differ, but it's worth to try...

Don't buy from Allegro ever - unless it's to pay the courier on delivery.

There are a lot of thieving toe-rags out there in Allegro land..

Buying on Allegro is 100% safe, provided you pay by credit card. If there's any problem, you just tell them to do a charge back: problem solved.

Merged: Allegro Help - Item not received

Hello - I won an item form Allegro for a very high amount. I am located in the United States.

The tracking shows that the item was delivered...but it never was! It was sent priority registered mail from Poland.

So my question is - what do I do? I paid through PayU with Allegro (bank transfer).

Should I open a claim saying that it was never delievered? Thanks!

Message the seller, open a claim when you can't reach him. If he claims that he did send your item, request a tracking number. You need to know what kind of courier service (or Post) it was in order to contact them about your package.
