Broadband internet in Wroclaw (AeraAer Network vs Netia vs Dialog)

I live on Kielbasnicza in Wroclaw in an old building. It seems that none of the fast internet option (Fibre and UPC cable) are available.

My choices are:

Netia (on the phone they said will be 20 Mbps, cable, at 65.9/mth)
Dialog (on the phone they said it will be 10 Mbps in spite of offering a 20 Mbps package because that's all they can offer in my building, at 49.9/mth)

Aer Network (aernetwork.pl/), which is wireless, and apparantly 20 Mbps for 99/mth

I'm not aware that I have any other options.

I'm willing to pay more for more speed, but I have 2 concerns:

1) How can I be sure that Netia's 20 Mbps plan is a real 20 Mps plan and not, like Dialog, a 10 Mbps one?
2) How reliable is Aer Network's technology? has anyone on this forum ever used them?

I'd be quite happy to hear any tips you might have.

I wouldn't trust a word Netia says. They're renowned for **** poor service and not generally having a clue.

Could be quite good, given the limited footprint and strong local ethos.

I'd also check Multimedia Polska and Vectra - they are similar to dialog, both started as cable tv providers, hence the cables they use are cable tv cables, and speeds are quite good, definitely better than netia.
