Fat People in Poland?

this is not my personal experience but I have read accounts by Americans who lived in Poland and returned or Poles who lived in America that most sweetened things in America are TOO sweet - inlcuding your daily orange juice, and if you think about bread - bread here is not sweatened at all - if bread in America is sweetened then it's a strange thing

Today you have longest live expectation bei BMI(Body-mass- index) of 27. Normal BMI is 20-25 and ten,twenty years ago best live expectation was within this range but now no more. Have anyone plausible answer why now BMI of 27 is apparently better?

Probably because BDI does not take muscle mass into account, if you have decently sized muscle you will end up with a BDI above 25.

Do we have so many bodybuilders now, much more then 20 years ago? I don't know.

Pro bodybuilders die like flies and a lot earlier than the fatsos. That heart is good for only so many gallons.

There was this sort of fad like 10-20 years ago with Polish guys taking steroids, lifting, being body builders now, etc. That era produced Mariusz Pudzianowski. Now at least for males MMA, kickboxing, etc. are more popular. Even Pudzian went from strongmen competitions to MMA.
