As funny as ur story sounds, unfortunately there are much more tragic yet funny Popular remedies, especially in rural area's incl. dog fat......you dnt see many stray dogs in rural Poland. Unfortunate practice, Its a shame such backward practices still exist........I also heard on many occasions the health benefits of urine, e.g drinking and rubbing on ailments.

You are not far wrong there as one of the strangest one's I have heard of here is was to do with Badgers fat, but I cannot remember what he did with it.

I wouldn't say I teach at all now it's more like having a chat with some friends who pay me for doing so.

The National Veterinary Research Institute is more based on testing procedures for national infectious diseases of animals rather than veterinary general practices.

There is an awful lot of competition in being a Vet in Poland and many do not find a suitable job after University.
I cannot really comment on general veterinary practices regarding the salary they receive. However, I can tell you that after they finish their PhD at Piwet they receive zl 3,000 a month, which is a ridiculous reward for their academic endeavours.

Scientific researchers' salaries in Poland are very low and a friend of mine is just going to Greece on a six month placement and even in Greece they are paid 40% more than their Polish counterparts.

MY family also has an old remedy that had been handed down by my father and my father's father before him. "Okład z młodych piersi", try it, instant relief.

extract of penis

A similar anecdote is told about the late French president. When he was retiring, a reporter asked Madam de Gaulle what she looked forward to in retirement and she replied: "A penis!" The president broke in with: "My dear, I don't think it's pronounced that way. It is 'appiness!" (The French do not pronounce the letter "h".)
