"I would like to buy a small piece of land in Zakopane"

Hello Polish friends. I need a favor...but "one hand is washing the other one", so if anybody needs to translate someting in Dutch or German than just write me in English and I will translate it ok? I would like o write my mother n law a few lines in Polish. I want to buy a piece ofland next to their house as suprise for my girl but it musst be a suprise for her! What I would like to write is this:

"Hallo Mamku :) How are you. Sorry for disturbing but I have a question; I would like to buy a small piece of land in Zakopane in the area of your own house. It musst be a suprise for Ania so I want to keep it between you and me. Maybe you can let me know what I should pay per m2 in Zakopane or what is availible for me to buy at the moment. As you know I am Dutch so I need a good price! haha. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon, kisses Peter"

Well a long story huh to suprise my girl!? haha..anyway tnx for helping me out! If I musst translate someting in Dutch than let me know.."If it ain't Dutch it ain't much" always gives a big smile in Holland..pa pa

Przepraszam, że zawracam Ci głowę, ale czy mógłbym o coś się zapytać? Chciałbym kupić kawałek ziemi w Zakopane, w okolicy Twojego domu. Musi to być niespodzianka dla Ani, więc chciałbym trzymać to między nami.

Czy mogłabyś podać aktualne ceny za metr kwadratowy w Zakopane, albo dać znać co jest aktualnie do kupienia? Jak wiesz, jestem Holendrem, więc potrzebuję dobrej ceny, ha ha!
