Locating a Polish Musician - Zdzislaw Piernik

Greetings!

This is a rather odd request, I know, but I need help finding contact information for a Polish tuba player named Zdzislaw Piernik. I believe he resides in Warsaw. I know he is a classical, jazz, and avant garde musician. I do not read nor speak Polish, and would be very appreciative if someone could help me.
