Looking for my biological Father in Poland

Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but it does have to do with my heritage.

I was just wondering what woudl the best way to go about locating someone in poland. ie. my biological father that i have never met.

I'm 19 and have been wondering about him for a long time.

I know a little bit about him such as his name, the city he was from, and his birthday.

If anyone could help me out a bit I woudl really appreciate it.

His name is (or was 20years ago) Damian Feliks
birthday was oct, 13, 1956 or 59 not sure

Pretty sure his home town was Chorzów but not 100% on that one

Looks like he was a member of electoral commission in Chorzów in last year.
