I find the most tempting honeys in the Supermarkets to be the young ladies working in my local Waitrose.
Sorry! I didn't mean that, what I was supposed to say was:
I find the most tempting honeys in the Supermarkets to be those which are produced by the bees from the nectar of certain named monocultures of plant, whether crop plants or forest plants.
Most of the woodland at Baltic latitude are wind-polinated, so that would be a limiting factor in producing specialist honey.
What does anyone do with bee venom though?
