My Polish husband and myself intend to adopt independently in Poland. We are looking to find a suitable Polish family/adoption lawyer in Poland (Warsaw, Tri-city preferably). My husband speak fluently Polish. If anyone have leads I would be happy to explore them. Thank you.

Yes I looked at them but nothing specific (name, links) as how to find a lawyer in Poland.

Talk to the/an adoption agency and ask them to get you a lawyer.

Or phone any lawyer and ask him/her to refer you to the relevant person/lawyer.

I know mrs. El¿bieta Podczaska. She is the director of the orphanage in Warsaw, really good and very nice. It would be easier for you to adopt siblings than a single child or a child with minor health problems, and since your husband has Polish background they are more open and friendly towards that factor.

Thanks for the info. We intend to adopt siblings. I know it will easier to adopt if we were living in Poland instead of the states.

Yes that's true, but if a child has some minor health problem, they would prefer it goes to the US because they can give it better care.
And adopting siblings would be easier than one child. You need a homestudy done and all documents have to be translated into polish. I know of a certified translater in Warsaw if you need one, around $50.00 a page. That's what they charge.
