Looking for a good renovation company in Wroclaw

New to this forum, currently I am studing in Wroclaw and I recently bought a apartment. Now I am looking for someone to renovate this flat it is in the Grundwalksi area. Does anybody know any good contracters, that they have dealt with or heard good things about?

the best i found when we where doing up our flat was to ask friends and look in the local papers, what work do you want to get done. One other member on this chat named Wroclaw might also be able to help you out locally

I want get some paint on the walls, some new tiles in the kitchen and perhaps new windows. Does anybody have a clue what the normal price range is? They charge by the hour or is it a fixed sum?
And were is the best (cheapest but still good) place to buy paint, windows "housestuff" or stuff like that.

Price of windows depends on size and quantity. I guess you want plastic framed windows. if so, there are plenty of companies that can give you a quote.

Usually paid by the hour for casual labour.

Fixed price otherwise, but you might have to make sure everything you want is on site. Then the builder will fit it. There are always extras so be careful.

Obviously the window company will bring the windows.

There are rules regarding windows. They must match other windows in the block.

Not sure if you are still looking but I can recommend a very good person for renovating old properties. She has done one for me as well as doing the design for a new one. Very meticulous and can provide service from the design to getting the builders.

I'd been keen to get that person's name. I just bought a new place in Grabyszynek and will need to get it fitted out. My brother has one also and needs the same.
