looking for a house in malopolska

hi all,
we want to move to poland and set up a b&b and are looking to buy a 5 bedroomed house in malopolski, (jordanow, sucha beskidzka, nowy targ areas). it must have a good piece of land with it as we may expand. if anyone knows of a house which is connected upto the mains for about 2,250,00.00pln, is does'nt have to be completed inside. private sales are welcome.
we are coming over in july 07 from the 12th - 20th

is Polish Real estate Market basically big hype?
How come now a place (any) in Warsaw, Krakow is worth more than a place in Florida? Isn't this a bit insane?

i know, i have relatives in usa. you can get a 5 bedroomed house for about $70000. found one possible house, its a new build and isnt finished (inside) not conected to the water mains, but i really like it. any comments on what to look for or what to ask?
