Looking for a place called home; staying in the US

Im Polish girl who traveled the world and still cant find a place called home... Right now Im in US (visiting) and I kinda like it here. Staying here illegally is not an option for me. I was thinking about studying here but its so expensive... How foreigners do that??? Since when they study they still cant legally work... Dont know what to do...

Dunno about now, but when I lived in NYC (a long while ago, mind you) quite a bit of its economy was one big under the table deal, and some of it for good money too.

If you deciede to stay here Chicago is your best bet

Its the biggest concentration of Polish people outside of Warsaw

Its like that here too, mosts bars and restaurants will pay you under the table.

If shes looking to work in say the financial district froget it.

I think theres Polish people spread out everywhere in the US

no, it's not many Polish ppl here...not like in Chicago or NY...

a place with many Poles doesn't mean it is a better place to live...

You can apply for a student visa to come study in the US, otherwise if you're on a tourist visa, there's not much you can do, unless you overstay your visa and upon return to poland, you won't get a visa for 10 years after that cute little stunt.
