I'm coming to Warsaw in september in order to study at the Akademia Sztuk Pięknych for a year.
I'm also looking for a rent around 900zl, small room by myself or sharing with someone. I have looked around some website (in English, I don't speak Polish) and the prices seem so high! I don't know if it's because it's a scam, for people who don't know Polish prices, or if the prices are really that high. I'm becoming a bit nervous ^__^

I have The room to rent from August 2008 in the flat which is 55 m2, and consists of 3 rooms, bathroom, toilet and kitchen.
The flat is situated in the area called: Mokotów, 5 min from the underground's station "Wilanowska" and it takes 10 min to get by underground to the city center.
5 minutes from the flat there is a big shopping center: “Galeria Mokotów”. The price for the room is PLN 700 (app. 200 euro) excluding some extra charges (water, electricity, Internet).
