Looking for a supermaket tycoon in the 20s

I am looking for infos on a man who start a supermarket brand in Poland. He was polish and married a french wife born in Arles (France). Around 1920, he send his daughter Irena to France in Marseille to learn french. He asked the polish consulate to find an honorable family to receive her, the consulate recommend my grand grand father house (former polish). She has a love story with a son of my grand grand father and get pregnant. She returned to Poland to ask her father to marry him, but when her father discover hes pregnancy he killed her.

What's the name of the brand? (I hope not "Zabka").. Or you mean the brand's name is "Tycoon"?

It won't be easy to find out then... Perhaps knowing the last name and the Polish town name would help.

I do not have too much details. My grand uncle told this story to his daughter just before he died. The man was well known in Poland because he starts a nationwide group of supermarket or department store, which is not very common in Poland in 1910-1920 and then in go to jail for murder. I just have the first name of the murdered daughter : Irena. I guess they live in Silesia, or around Silesia.
