I need advice regarding divorce situation (can I get married if not fully divorced yet?)

Please i need your thoughts regarding the divorced stuff if me and my boyfriend could get married if his divorced is not yet approved yet?

Hi Harry, its not yet approved by the court yet he is still processing his divorce, the concern here if we could get marry if he is NOT YET divorced?

No you cannot get married if he is still married (i.e. two complete weeks need to past after the court issues a ruling that he is divorced).

He told me he gonna give what his ex wants from him and second case he wants both of his children will be his. Going back to the
