My Polish GF and her Polish GF both dress in matching clothing when they go out.

Some of my american women friends thinks they are gay. What's with the matching clothing? Is this a Polish woman thing or what?

It's obvious what it means....his GF who is polish and her friend who is a girl and Polish.

It's common for girls to call their female friends "girlfriends". He was also noting their nationality.

They are older. My girlfriend is 48. She grew up in the country, not a city girl.
Same with her friend. But just a little younger. They say they get nice comments from people who think it's cute. They have been in the US now for about 20 years. Have known each other for about 8 years.
