Why does love/feelings hurt so much?

Love sucks.... i sometimes can't believe that i actually have or could have had a chance with someone... or thought they could like you back the same way..?

Yup...its crazy..... huh?.........it messes you up...but as the old saying goes...."Its better to have loved and lost......................than never to have loved at all!"

Such is the human experience.......in order to reach such highs at times, there are on occasions, some lows........but you will bounce back D_G!

Ya except i liked this guy for like a year and i can't get over him.. he was like my best friend and now we don't even talk and it's like as if we never met before!!!

Love is something that we all search for, we envy in others when they find it and we sometimes wish we'd never found.
It's a crazy feeling alright. The best and the worst of all the emotions.
I guess the reason it is so great and also so terrible is because we make ourselves so vunerable when we feel it/find it whatever.

You have to always believe though and always take the chance. There will be times when you get hurt, but there will be one time when you take the risk and instead of crashing to the ground a crumpled wreck, you find yourself floating.

Ya thanks guys but it's hard... and now we were close friends so i thought it would be cool for him and me to go to Prom as friends and he turns me down because he had to work... apparently ya right... and then the whole summer i thought about him the whole time i was like sad and mad and the fact that i could not get over him and stuff, and then finally i told him i liked him and he was like well stop thinking about me... and i don't have time for this kind of discussion so that made me sad more... because he could of at least talked like a normal person not some watever....

Yes, D_G, its tough when the love being professed is not reciprocated...ie he didnt feel the same why...sorry..

Sometimes best to employ an intermediary........who could have sussed him out for you, before telling him personally how you felt......

Well i'm that type of person who takes everyting to heart when it comes to things like this i'm 18 but is' not normal considering all my friends in high school had boyfriends i had one... but still i feel left out... or im missing something you know... it just bugs me.... Well that's great for your mate!!!

D_G......is life ever easy..........let them have their fun....you will too........look in different areas for a b/friend...etc....dont just rely on school chums etc....the world is your oyster!
