Hi, I am a Polish guy, I have heard that the lowest wage here it's £5.35. I've apllayed to PGL company, but they pay to member of staff new to PGL, working at one of our centres in the UK can expect to earn a four-weekly salary of between £746.60 and £898.80 gross: for activity instructor, or in2action also, how it is possible?

Hi, you have to ask English here, maybe Polish also, I know that in in2action you have national minimum, have to share your room with another instructor, and pay your meals. I uderstand that this wage provided by companies like PGL when you are working for them abroad, why this wage is offer in UK- I

it would be say 37.5 hours a week x 4 = that amount on average and is before tax and national insurance is deducted ... but you would still have between those amounts as on average tax on that upper amount £898.80 would be 22% which works out at round £50.00 then approx £20-£25 in national insurance stamp which has to be paid.

that is a average salary for a job on £12k - £13.500k a year

hope that helps

if you are young, and more importantly, have the right attitude, working for pGL can be a great laugh and a wonderful ex[perience... if not then it might be advisable to look elsewhere... youre not doing it for the money...
