A few hundreds of people participated in the March of Tolerance - including gays and lesbians. We want tolerance and democratic society in Poland.

Rubbish homosexuals should be put in a mental hospital or in jail. Diversity the killer of nations.

Even I think that they need a proper (suitable) treatment.

I don't care if people are gay, but why do you have to have a freakin parade everywhere in the world announcing it? If your gay, just be gay and leave everyone else alone. Stop parading around looking for attention.

If they dont harm you - why go out of your way to harm them?

You don't have to agree with them or do what they do.

I dont subscribe to there ways and don't like it in my face but then EVERYONE in a democracy has a right to a lawful parade.

So if the parafe in question is not to my liking, i just watch tv. And i support the parades I do agree with etc. You'll find that ignoring there parades would be more determental as they would LOVE the attention AND by casuing trouble, YOUR giving them what they wanted, attention.

Not looking to harm them Daf. I just think that gays look for a reason to parade around. We all no they're gay, no need for the festival.

This is sort of advertising. and believe me in long run it has its effect to the culture. And it makes sense to try keeping the society safe from all these rubbish.

Ah id leave them off, we have beerfest to look forward to I know we know they know we know they are gay, but having a parade (peacefully and lawfully) is not the end of the world and sure its all down to the fact they were severly persecuted in the past and feel liberated and are just celebrating this. So its all good.

Because vast majority of people don't want to see that. And democracy existed long before these idiots dared to "parade" anywhere.

It's a matter of time when they will try to "parade" naked in front of children. Will you call that "freedom of expression" too ? In Holland they are already trying to register a party of pedophiles.

so? the rules of democracy are the same and ALLOW all members and sections of society the freedom and expression to parade. its not for me, but its all our right to be allowed express ourselves.

scaremongering tripe Gz, that BREACHS the peaceful element of the law. ie indecent exposure. and as long as that is the law. it will not happen. your a sensible person and should know that full well.

thats news to me. and they can try. but id oppose as would most of society. so it would still be democratic

as it is your democratic right to oppose this parade in writing and/or equal protest to your local authority.

Not true. There are various limits in many countries. For example against nazis or communists.

In Poland that depends on local authorities, some don't allow that, some unfortunately agree.

point is that in poland, it is allowed. (there is no point going into which towns do and do not as overall, a polish gay can attend a gay pride parade somewhere in poland)

thats how you feel about it, fine. make sure your objections are known to the authorities and your politicians so that they can represent better your feelings and attitides.

If 'most of them' think the same then you would be a stronger voice in euro lobby. fact is its not Europe allowing you have the parades. its your own authorities. deal with them. gather 'most of them' together and make your own 'euro' lobby to oppose it then

more power to you G

It was allowed only because Kraków has a lefty mayor.

Give me a break. When a mayor of Poznań a year ago didn't allow this ****, perverts tried to "parade" anyway, were beaten by riot police and then European Parliament and all the Euro faggots adopted a resolution criticizing Poland for "homophobia and racism" and said that would do everything to suspend our membership in EU If that happens again. So much for "democracy" in European Homo Union.

I am, Im giving you some info to legally stand up for your rights too! seriously man, if you feel this aggreived DO something about and dont give up so easily. Tell them you've problem with them being gay but you object to the parades and dont want them. rally your support. get petitions going, hell, raise a COUNTER parade even. straight pride parade. Im not trying to take this p1ss Im only trying to encourage YOU to stand up for what you believe in.
and i wish you good luck too

well,
Grzegorz is a hard core homophobe and everybody on this forum knows it.

Grzegorz, it's your problem how you deal with it and stop bringing it to the forum again, again and agin - it's counterproductive.

Why argue for homosexuals? Have you any idea the HIV rates in their communities? I am more worried about the children seeing this crap and them thinking its ok to be with a man. You cannot mess with a childs mind at such a small age. They even want to introduce homosexuality in grade 1 classes in the US. I think the story book was called " The prince and the prince". How sickening.
