What areas of Bulgaria are you selling apartments ?
I think that investors really have to be careful when investing in Bulgaria. Developers prices are going up because their costs are going up. However this does not mean that values are going up as there appears to be a very, very limited resale market. Three years ago my brother in law booked 3 off plan apartments in Sunny Beach for around €69,000 each. Last summer he completed the purchases. Since then he has been unable to rent or sell these apartments. We read that prices in the area have gone up by 20% plus each year yet he cant even sell them at the price he booked them at 3 years ago!!!

You want to sell something to Poles, right? How do you want to negotiate? You can hire somebody as a middleman, but this way you have to share your income. If you look for cooperation, send offer to polish real estate agencies.

This is exactly what I want to do!To find a reputable and reliable estate agent, based in Poland.I think it is important for the potential buyers to discuss with a local expert the prosedure of buying property abroad. It is more confident for them.He can explain to the potential clients the prosedure etc.,organise the viewing trips and I can meet the clients and show them the properties suiting their budget.Iam really looking for cooperation and of course I'll share the comission with the polish partner.I'll send an offer to Polish Real Estate Agencies, but I need some recommendations, please!

Dear Colleagues, so far we have been working very successfully in cooperation with our Irish and British partners, however following a number of recent enquiries from Polish clients, we think that it is quite time to target the Polish market, with your assistance in Business Cooperation.
In connection with this,we are looking for reliable partners in Poland,so we can offer our properties to Potential Polish Investors.
We think that such cooperation will be in mutual interest and with this proposal we could start a very successful business for both sides.
We would like to Thank you in advance for your Attention!
