Marriage in Pulawy - do they announce it in a newspaper?

I have a friend getting married in Pulawy. I was wondering if they or their family posts anything in the newspaper regarding the engagement/marriage. I was wanting to get a copy of it to make a wedding gift. Any help or direction would be appreicated! Thanks!

I don't think they do that (anymore). They used to, but now they may only practice it in small Polish towns or in the country.
