But only women who can marry the same man as other women?

Real catholics don't subscribe to the idea of communal sex. Are you sure she's catholic?
AFAIK, the diorce process is simple: the guy says he divorces her and it's a done deal. If he forgets to say that then... oh well, the woman is just meat (as per some muslim leaders view)

What I dont get is how men in their country get to marry so many women, but the
women do not get to have so many husbands..

but just think, if it was possible for that to happen, we would never have to worry
about money, the sink getting fixed, or anything for that matter, and if one hubby
doesnt like to rub your back, well the next hubby might be more sensative and
in touch with his female side and be soft and caring and do it..

and another hubby would like to be outside making the yard all nice and cool
looking and another hubby.. well you get the picture..

the only worry, what if you had a headache, you would have to say it more then
once.. lol

My muslim classmate (way back when) said, it's not that simple. If one wife gets a new dress, the other three need to get one too, if he buys a house for one, he needs to buy one for the others...so in reality, not too many can afford multiple wives. Only the very rich ones.

she doesnt have to be catholic to know that marrying a muslim man is a BIG mistake. i wanna marry my fiance and he's not catholic either (but he's not muslim!). catholics can marry people from other religions, you dont have to marry catholics only if you are to be a true catholic.

oh, a lot of discussions and ideas, and i am asking myself why you all of you should wonder a lot about that issue. the answer is so simple : there is here on this earth a devil and his religion, and the people are restricted in his jail and possession. one thing you can do is to contribute in freeing this people from islam. also people are from different mentality, and i can see russian or ukrainian women marrried to muslim men and living in families of 4 wifes like rubbish, and huhuhu(i cry) :( they smile and are happy.
