Tricity beer? I'm an enthusiast of beer and I've never heard of that one. I've tried so many beers in Europe. Every new country I go to, I try a new beer. I've been to 21 countries but have tried beer from many countries that I haven't been to.

I had some Zywiec here, I know I know, but I'm not really a beer gourmet. Ate a lot of Pizza in "Anker Pizza" and now I'm really tired, I might grab one of these beers from the nearest shop tomorrow for the journey back to Silesia..

lots of trying there, if you go to a proper shop, we have one here opposite to where i live, i use it cause the prices are cheap, nayway i 'm not beer traveller either, i drink lots of wine, but "friendly" people here can always advise some good stuff, cause the clientele is quite demanding

Tricity

Seanus, are you joking me? Tricity - Gdańsk/Sopot/Gdynia also known as Trójmiasto.. was it a smartly hidden mockery ; ) ?
There were a lot of threads about Tricity and expats in Tricity hence it seems to me there's some "taking a mickey" involved here.

Trójmiasto, ok, now I follow. Well, when drunk I tend to pig out which is why I try and avoid it.

I always though that eating a lot is tied with smoking pot and not with drinking...

Well, one of the worst things is a stone cold kebab. Scotland has kebabs too and I remember, on more than one occasion, ordering one and going home to eat it, only to fall asleep. I woke up with this smell of foosty meat in the morning :(

The most hideous are those that are supposed to be warm. When sth like fries or a kebab become stone cold, that's the worst thing. Cold meat and vegetables are at least edible.

In Michigan the Tri-Cities are Saginaw, Bay City and Midland (of Dow Chemical fame) about 100 miles (160 km) north of Detroit.
