Motel Operator - Housekeeper and Front Desk, New Jersey Shore, USA

We are seeking an individual to manage and operate a motel located by the New Jersey Shore ( 1.5 hours drive south of New York City, 1.5 hours drive east of Philadelphia, 1 hour north of Atlantic City, and one mile from the Atlantic Ocean). Responsibilities include housekeeping 90%, front desk 7%, and grounds maintenance 3%. Individual must know how to clean and prepare rooms for rent; perform on site laundry services; be conversant in english on the phone to provide room rental quotes & take reservations; be able to check-in guests, calculate payment & learn to process credit cards; and be able to perform grounds maintenance.

We would prefer someone who is already staying in the US.

Compensation is based upon experience and includes an apartment & utilities.
