moving threads randomly

Why do some threads get randomly moved?
Specificly though,really,not that bothered but intereseted in an answer that doesnt involve sarcasm/rudness from admin, why did my intro get moved from intro pages to off topic?
answers to be posted in Polish cooking thread.....

lol, don't complain to much mate or they will start making us pay or something, that or we will move closer to the democratic with freedom of speach nation that is known as the DPRK :)

hhhmmm on that acutally, has anybody noticed that any country with 'people's republic' 'democratic' 'democratic republic' are in fact further from the truth than ever. they should rename this the DPPF (Democratic People's Polish Forums) :)

P.S. actually as Poland is a republic the forums should be DRPF (Democratic Republic of Polish Forums) with admin as the Presdent and PD as chief of staff, lol :)
