Happy name day

I am confused - you want a translation into English but your text is already in English!?!

Or do you just want clarification on "name day"? If so then that's tricky because we don't have the concept of "name day" in native English speaking countries.

I would just put:

Happy "name day"

Sorry, could I have this translated into Polish please?????? Thanks
