Nanny - Housekeeper needed for work in USA

We need a live in housekeeper/nanny that speaks fluent english. We have one 3 year old daughter and a large house on a lake near Charlotte North Carolina. Living quarters would be a private room overlooking the lake. Compensation is paid every two weeks and includes room and board.
