Need help finding a Dentist in Czestochowa, Poland

I am actually looking for a particular public Dental clinic in Czestochowa. All I really know about this clinic is that it has about 15 dentists and one of the dentists name is Rudziński. Sound familiar to anyone? I know that this is a shot in the dark....but I figured I'd ask anyway I did a few searches on the net for this name, but I can't read Polish yet so I did not find much.
