Need Help! Lookin for: TALASKA/TALASKI/TALESKE

My great grandparent were from Poland/Germany. I have informatioin that it may have been; Marion Dis Sclulitz/Maridis Schortz, Germany. My g. grandfather's name was Stefan and his father was Franz. I also have the following address of Posen, Saale-Holzlandkreis, Thueringen, Germany. (No other information available). Stefan was married to Marryanne/Marcella Skrzypinski and immigrated to US in 1892 with six children.
Can anyone help me. This is new to me and I am running into a brick wall.
