Depending how it's blocked you can maybe unblock by plunging it quickly with a mop. Repeat this quickly and it should work. Kind of expensive to call out a plumber at this time for that?

An ordinary household mop. Won't work if the blockage is not from your house though, if it's external you will need a plumber!

They sometimes use a long wire to unblock it.They call it snake.

Is it only the toilet?

If so, you can try adding water to the bowl. (Not so much that it overflows...)

Like from a large jug / pot. Bring it up to the rim and let it slowly drain. May unblock after a few tries.
