Lets say someone wants to visit Warsaw, but he/she doesn't have a clue whats where and whats what.

What would you say is the most prestige spot or neighborhood in Warsaw.Where most of the people go.The ''center spot'' of town if you will. And what is it called and what is it like.Is it like a boulevard street with bars and cafes outside and no cars just people walking or.... is it like a big crowded mall with a lots of shopping stores and entertainment inside, (like in Times Square in NY).

It's a street called 'Nowy Świat'. Plenty of cafes with tables outside, no traffic at weekends etc. the place to be seen. Also in the Old Town, though that can be a bit touristy.
