Well i managed to sort out my sign in problems, for me i am ending my night shift and my fingers sometime do not do what the brain tells them. Hope to have plenty of discusions with you guys and girls.

"bpss", it was supposed to be boss, but it sounded a bit too much, so i just put the next letter on the keyboard which happened to be "p" as you see by my profile i am a manager, with a large polish workforce here in England. Hope this answers your curiosity..
