If we are going to bang on about developing countries and how impoverished they are, can we start with the fact that the wealthy in these countries don't / wont pay tax....and the governments are corrupt and IMHO are happy for the west to take advantage because at the end of the day it's not affecting them in a negative way, quite the opposite, they can live in their air conditioned houses, send their children to the west to be education whilst all the time some poor sod is working 14 hrs a day for 10p! Until the above is rectified these counties will always be classed as "developing".
