Does anyone know what's going on at thenews.pl?

As a lot of you will know, the comments system at thenews.pl has been out for ages. I've written several times asking what's going on but haven't received a reply. Is there anybody (perhaps within the organization) who knows what's happening?

Hey, I thought I had been banned from commenting there because I couldn`t post a single comment of mine. Now I see it is their technical problem. Or conscious action after FAKT was sued by Sikorski for antisemtic remarks against him on their online forum.

Yes, but it's been a technical problem for months. After seven e-mails I finally got a reply. They said they were having problems! Yeah, I know. They should employ new techies. Duncan Disorderly needs airtime.

I always thought this was a PIS outfit. Maybe some geothermal energy could help ?

It's deliberate, I think - they used to have huge problems with the usual Polish-American trolls screaming about Tusk and so on - so as a public institution, they can hardly be seen to be promoting such views.

I always thought this was a PIS outfit. Maybe some geothermal energy could help ?


Not anymore - SLD/PO run, I think?

Yes, it used to be like Polishforums sometimes but worse - no moderation whatsoever. :):):):)
