There were fire bomb (petrol bomb?) attacks on houses in the south of Krakow, that I heard about months ago, nobody really knew why.

It wasn`t gang war., I was wrong. But it wasn`t anti-capitalist liberation movement, either, so other guys were wrong, too. Only those who expected a mental case were correct. Did anybody?

The bombs were planted by a mental guy who felt frustrated every time when his neighbours didn`t smile to him or drove too fast on the local street where they all lived. So he decided to punish them.

An update on the guy - apart from speeding, he also didn`t like when, in the street, somebody turned back and looked at him. He received it as a threat, followed that person to his/her house and then planted a bomb.

No claim, only a sad possibility raised in response to someone (was it you?) who suggested that the bombs were planted by a left-leaning political terrorist, envious of the rich. Please don't put words into my mouth. But a right-wing angle is especially apt and poignant given this week's appalling tragedy. Though it turned out (as I have said) to be apolitical.
