I am not 100% certain it is part of the Hotel, although I would have expected it to be an extension or luxury self apartments for the Hotel.

Not being polish or anything, I can't really see anything wrong here. Looks like a building site, same as you'd find in any other country in the WORLD. He should probably be more annoyed at his manager for booking him into a hotel that was going to have building work potentially being done while he is resting between gigs.

As for never hearing of him, go on youtube and search for "james blunt - Beautiful". You may not have heard of him but you'll have heard his cat wailing of a song, I doubt there's a soul on earth who didn't get sick of his tat...

Just that. James made a joke about the unfinished building being his hotel. So what? I mean, he could've made that very same joke in England or any other country as well, and would anyone in Poland been angry about that? I doubt it!
