faizeekhan: Accept my sincerest apologies if someone doesn't agree with me but I request you guys not to be disrespectful towards anyone. Faizeekhan, you wrote very well, and with good intentions. If I met you, I would also treat you with respect, as I do with everyone I meet. This is a very good approach in life, and all people of all colours and faiths should do this. And many do!
But the reason people are so aggressive and seem "racist", or "hateful", is that instead of one, respectful and normal person coming into their lives, like you did with your polish wife and her family and friends, we have now come to a point in our history, when there are hundreds of thousands, yes, millions, of muslims in Europe. This has made integration, politeness and respect impossible. One one hand you have the europeans, wary of their culture, religion and way of life, on the other hand you have the muslims/immigrants from outside of Europe who are now so many, they don't see the need to integrate anymore. They have their own houses of worship, their own stores, their own enclaves where large families live together. After a while, you get a muslim area and a european area.
Who is to blame? Our politicians first and foremost. Their total lack of clear thinking, or their hunger for greed and instant success have blinded their moral and human compass. I don't blame an african for trying to come to Europe and get a better life. If I knew there was a country out there, where I could improve my quality of life and help my family to a better future, sure I would consider it, and even go there.
But when Europe looks like a war-zone, it's gone too far. Paris riots, Berlin riots, Rotterdam Riots, London Riots, bombings, killings, religious intolerance, kidnappings, sharia law and gun battles in the street have killed the dream of an multicultural, ethnically diverse society. Look at USA, look at Rwanda, look at China, people of distinctive different ethnicity, colour or religion just don't blend. In the end violence and murder will be the result.
So, enjoy the piece of cultural diversity you are experiencing, because if Poland one day will have the same influx of immigrants as Germany or France have, then it will be much harder to live and enjoy yourself there. You can't put the red fox and the silver fox on the same piece of land, even though they are both foxes, one will chase the other off the land eventually. That is animal instinct as well as human nature. Just look up any history book and this will be told.
Just imagine if ten million christian europeans just suddenly came to Pakistan. They started building churches, opening christian stores with relics and special food. They started their own schools and kept their languages and cultures intact. Their women continued wearing T-shirts and jeans and wearing make-up. Even mini-skirts! Their kids would run around in gangs and mug and harrass ordianary pakistanis. There would be christian police making sure everyone followed christian rules and didn't become to "pakistani". There would be stores selling hamburgers made out of pigmeat and people keeping dogs everywhere, in their cars and walking them into shops. Every sunday all the shops would be closed, taxi-drivers and bus drivers would be in church. Christmas trees would come up every winter holiday, and all the christian cars would have crosses hanging from their rear view mirrors. Christians would demand their own council in the pakistani congress and equal opportunities to attend schools and get jobs. Even so that they would get preferential treatment before pakistanis! Soon, whole areas of cities would be filled with european christians, all the muslim pakistanis would move out and to other areas. Racism would be everwhere, but this time coming from the pakistanis to the christians. There would be muslims marching in the street with signs of "pakistan for pakistanis", and "christians out!". Once in a while, the christians would riot in the street, setting cars on fire, burning shops and vandalizing everything. Riot police would force the christians back and many would be arrested. Pakistani TV (politically correct), would tell of "Upset youths", rioting, while pakistanis would say; "That's not pakistanis, that's christian europeans!".
This is how we have it in Europe today! Could you imagine it like that in your country??
