Controlling the internet ACTA in Poland (Like SOPA)

I think what will happen is this, they will start in with this anti-copy right censorship, then hackers will attack governments (as they have been doing). Governents will see this as an act of "terrorism" and highten the "security" of the internet to catch these people.

That's almost exactly what's going to happen, with one small detail - the governments will be the ones to hire hackers (for our tax payers money) to do the job.

But i dont see the connection between cyber attacks and hightening security affecting freedom of the internet.

You're right that the genuine hackers will never want to censor the Internet. I meant the so called 'contractors' that would do anything for a quick buck, including helping the beast to enslave the human kind.
