Seems he is trying another media tactic to get sympathy from the voters. I am curious if it will work. No surprise if the "beretki" will light candles for him very soon.
Good theatre though.

Sure we can rely on the prison population to do the right thing...

To be honest, I wonder if it's even him that's doing this now - it seems that he's been very badly advised in some respects!

For me it looks like an ill-advised PR move.

No why? That is what the majority of Poles are calling him. I do not know anybody who does not call him like that. Could also call him the Moon Twin or something like that. Or the Rydzyk Clone. But somehow Kaczor fits him I think.

It certainly will be: once he decides to put himself in the public eye by running for public office.

You are not "the majority of Poles" sir you're just a twat p*ssing at his own country.

I'm not a major fan of Kaczyński but your behaviour is just rude and stupid, you're against him we get the picture how about you start writing like a human being and shut the feck up with mud slinging?

No one is impressed mr "majority of Poles".

I see Radio Marija is getting its share here.
Just waiting for the Serbs/Lusatians/Sarmatians to kick in.
I am not the "majority of Poles". If you would read carefully other posts you would know I am not Polish (my wife is). The majority of Poles decided in the first round they would support or Komorowski or Napieralski. A minority decided to support the poultry guy.

Never listened to it, i'm just tired of PO party members posting sh*t all over the net, you're one of the kids who's hired by PO or is in their young section, i know you guys do it since i'm friends with half of your Wrocław leaders just take it the f*ck away from here.

5% more wow.

Thats a huge minority right there.

Seriously PO is overdoing with internet campaigning, you kids need to be put on a leash, PiS is just as stupid but at least it shuts the f*ck up when it needs to.

Does he look ill? Why?
I think reporters put the eye of camera too close to his tired face.
This is a man who is convinced about his mission and who follows his ideas.
Is it his fault that a part of strictly and blindly orientated Catholic society likes his love for Poland?

?? I am not young, but yes as I a (EU) foreigner I vote PO every time I can (Local and EU elections). I think the duck and the whole PIS are bigots.
He invented the idea of suddenly being "ill". Just as the disgusting idea of putting the second duck in Wawel in the same place as Poland's greatest hero - Pilsudski.

Good for you, i respect everyone's opinion how about you do that too?
sobieski:

Dont flatter yourself mate, you dont think you have an opinion, the first is a privelige of smart people the latter is a trait of idiots.

Also you're not a foreigner, you're young, you're just one of the kids PO uses to sling mud on the internet, you lil feckers need to be shot, in Wrocław alone there's a group of 40 little kunts like yourself hiring out an entire internet cafe and posting from home, you people need to seriously shut up, little annoying pieces of sh*t.
More than 1/3 Poles voted for PiS, quite a few of them had very rational reasons for that but YOU "think".
sobieski:
He invented the idea of suddenly being "ill".

How do you know? Maybe he is ill? Personally i believe its a PR move but maybe he is ill who're you to suddenly become an authority when all you have is a naked arse and a silly opinion?

sobieski:
Just as the disgusting idea of putting the second duck in Wawel in the same place as Poland's greatest hero - Pilsudski.

Yadda yadda, neither PiS nor PO are good but since you're a member of PO youth you little cretin all you care is making a fuss, of all the annoying tactics our political parties came up with this one ticks me off the most, having kids like you post rubbish 24/7 just to raise hell on the net, at least PiS is annyoing me only when i watch the news, you PO fags creep around the net, no place is free from you.

Shut. The. F*ck. Up.

Everyone gets ill from time to time and it shouldn't enter the equation as manifestos are manifestos. Geez, if we reacted that way every time a prominent Polish woman figure got ill, we'd all be off to the church for a sympathy session and not working.

Oh, kręci mi w głowie, aaaaaaaagh! ;) ;) ;) What weaklings!

I'm not a fan of the guy, but considering what he's gone through in the last couple of months (lost a twin brother, a sick mother, strain of running for office), I'm not surprised if he's tired and ill.

There are "Poles" on this forum who aren't really Poles and will say anything to disparage Poland.

Hey, what's a big deal? I call him Duck too (or rather Kaczor), and I voted for him. And intend to vote for him again, still calling him like that.

It's a very stupid PR move - won't it just make people think "well, he's not fit to be President"?

Then again, given that people vote for him because they feel sorry for him, anything is possible!

It has to be said - both Komorowski and Kaczynski have done a dreadful job of conducting a grass roots campaign.

Not really no, people in Poland are long used to the circus, it might just add a little pinch of distaste thats all, Komorowski does worse things so its all "normal" for most of us.
delphiandomine:

Actually no, most people according to polls vote either because they support his past moves or against Komorowski while Komorowski' voters vote for PO rather then Komorowski himself or against Kaczyński.

Neither of them gets a lot of votes for who they are.

I'm surprised by this - Komorowski comes very much across as being a party man (as you say : voting PO rather than the man), but I assumed Kaczynski was much better at getting people to vote for him based on his incredible amount of appeal for his core electorate.

No matter what my personal opinions are of Kaczynski, he does a brilliant job of mobilising his supporters - and I fear that Komorowski may not have managed to do this - possibly because non-PO members preferred Sikorski.

JK walks into a chemist's (pharmacy/drugstore) and looks around before singling out a suitable ointment. 'That lip balm over there, please', he says. 'How does Sir wish to pay for that?', comes the reply. 'Oh, just put it on my bill' says Duckman :) :)

Hmm...I just made that joke up now. Lame but, then again, look at the thread title ;)
