Polonius3: PiS is staging an independence march on 13th Dec. to mark the 30th anniversary of martial law. It will be also be protest against the ruling Tusk camp in general and against what Kaczyński sees as Sikorskii's sell-out of Poland and encoruagement to create a Fourth Reich in Germany What is your opinion of this?
Actually I'm on the outside looking in but I am astounded by the actions of countries like Poland and Ireland who fall all over themselves giving into German demands. I mean they've spent the greater part of the past hundreds of years fighting, yearning for freedom, and now that they got it what do they do? They capitulate. Poland should be following the lead of Iceland and exhibit a little bit of independence, especially from the likes of Germany and Russia. Sikorski says that Germany should show some leadership? Poland should show some leadership and develop an independent state. Norway is independent, Iceland is independent, Switzerland is independent. Poland can be independent.
