Russia has invited both Jaruzelski & Kaczynski to 9th May Victory day celebrations, creating a poltically awkward situation for Poland. Also should Polish troops march in the victory parade beneath potraits of history's greatest villain -- Stalin?

Kaczynski shouldn't go at all. What's there to celebrate? The Nazi murderous thugs replaced by the Russian thugs... Let comrade Jaruzelski represent his nation - the Russian that is...

Agreed. Send Jaruzelski. Not our parade. The Russians are going to make a circus in which collective amnesia is expected and will be slavishly displayed.

That would make as much sense as Polish troops marching beneath a portrait of Hitler.

By the way - can you imagine Germany organising a military parade today and troops
marching beneath a great portrait of Hitler? Can you imagine the reaction of the World?
If Russians will actually hang a huge portrait of Stalin during their parade, they should
encounter a reaction of contempt and disgust throughout the world and severe deterioration
of diplomatic realtions with pretty much every country in the world.

Hopefully they won't commit such galactic idiotism.

Amen, Kaczyński shouldnt go, Jaruzelski if he has any honor left should decline as well.

Sadly Kaczyński is an idiot and Jaruzelski a traitor, lets hope for the best but expect the worst.

It could be worse. They could invite Petain from France.

Pétain ne peut pas être invité. Il est mort!
