As long as one of your parents was Polish and didn't renounce Polish citizenship, then you can apply to have your Polish citizenship recognised. An EU passport would be very useful to Israelis for example. Holidays, education, work ...

No disrespect to RobertLee whom I see as having made some really good posts but that made me laugh, Harry :) :) The tone was good :) I only know Geremek and that was just through light reading in different books. The other names vaguely ring a bell but nothing more.

But rest assured they are not polands allies they will give you lots of debt with a big smile then push the intrest rates so high it will bankrupt your country. I will go a bit farther...The stars on the EU flag are supposed to represent the 'twelve lost tribes of Israel' against a clear blue sky.
