LK has largely been forgotten about here. He was not overly popular as a president. Still, he at least showed charisma unlike Kommie, który żyje w bulu ;)

Except in people's nightmares.

A spectacular understatement to say the least.

Chairman Mao showed charisma; Merkel has none. I know where I'd prefer to live.

What nightmares?

My keyboard doesn't express sarcasm well.

The food in China would do it for me ;)

Of what..? Perhaps you mean resistance to comprehension and reasoning.. if anything he's a symbol of paranoia and alienation, Europe's laughing stock just like you are PF's laughing stock. Now run back to your video game.

I agree 100%, the majority of people I know and of my age were trying to find a pub that was open and selling (<5%) beer on the day of the funeral. I think it says a lot about the attitude towards government in Poland, and about the attitude of geovernment towards younger voters.

He had many many critics and is still suspected by some of pressurising the pilot into making that landing.

He did have a history of that, after all.

He certainly did! He was an intransigent veto man.

i don`t like those speculations. i expect more from Russia. If Russia has a di**, Russia should point finger into the real organizers of Kaczyński`s assassination and those were USA, NATO or EU. i don`t know, maybe even all of them. Russia knows but it is much easier to Russia to spread BS about Kaczyński`s pressure on pilot. Go Russia, fu** USA and EU, don`t fu** Kacz!

They had the cheek to say he was drunk, Blasik too. Anodin's MAK report for Russia clearly placed all the blame inside that plane. As if some Russians are not drunk at work ;) Why hasn't there been an international enquiry into this?

If he did cause the crash, well then that might be the reason for the silence. It would look really bad for Polish Moral, if, their leader was held responsible for the disaster. With such brutality behind the wheel on Polish roads, maybe it's the same in the sky. Bullies are a pest to society.

There was that 'my way or the highway' element to his character. Not meeting with Russian representatives was rather childish.
